4/16/2010 Frame Painted - some components reinstalled - 85 hrs

Finally, a blog update. The frame was primed with 2 coats of epoxy primer, followed by two coats of PPG enamel. This was completed over the Christmas holiday. Since then, I've been reconditioning the suspension and steering. The rear springs are blasted and ready to paint and reassemble. The front left suspension is being reassembled. The rack and pinion steering has been disassembled, cleaned, painted, and reinstalled onto the frame. The triangular supports have also been restored and reinstalled.
